Surely Texas is a basketball state but for the girls, the top two teams in the nation will be coming from the Lone Star State in the home school national tournament in Springfield, Mo.
Lubbock Titans will be facing off against the Dallas Thunder for the 18-under division national championship.
Unlike the UIL counterpart, the home school national tournament was canceled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with regional tournaments only able to be completed.
The two teams have previously met before, with the Lady Titans picking up a 48-43 victory against the Thunder back on January 30.
